• Prices are in euros, excluding taxes.
• Accepted payments: bank transfer, PayPal, credit card (via Revolut Business).
• Work begins only after full payment or agreed deposit.

3. Delivery Deadlines

Timelines vary by service and are defined in the quote.

4. Refunds

No refunds once work has begun, except in cases of proven failure by Zenoova.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary information for the project.
• Adhere to approval and payment deadlines.
• Not use services for illegal purposes.

6. Liability

Zenoova is not liable for indirect damages or financial losses caused by using the provided services.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the Commercial Court of Coutances has jurisdiction.
